At Alani Nu, we want you to feel as confident in your fit as you do in your workouts. If your apparel isn't perfect, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.
Pack the Apparel
Place your items in their original packaging with tags attached and secure the prepaid label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
